These Terms of Service set forth the conditions for use of this service "FFXIV Party Matching" (hereinafter "the Service"). Users shall agree to these Terms before using the Service.
In these Terms, "User" refers to anyone who uses the Service. "Administrator" refers to the operator of the Service.
Users shall not engage in the following actions: 1. Actions that violate laws or public order and morals 2. Actions related to criminal activity 3. Actions that infringe on intellectual property rights, portrait rights, privacy, honor, or other rights or interests of other users or third parties 4. Actions that interfere with the operation of the Service 5. Registering false information 6. Impersonating other users 7. Providing benefits to or cooperating with antisocial forces 8. Spam, trolling, or other nuisance behavior 9. Any other actions deemed inappropriate by the Administrator
The Administrator may suspend or interrupt all or part of the Service without prior notice in the following cases: 1. When performing system maintenance or updates 2. When provision becomes difficult due to force majeure such as earthquakes, lightning, or fire 3. Other cases deemed unavoidable by the Administrator
The Administrator may delete a User's account without prior notice if the User violates these Terms or if deemed necessary for the operation of the Service.
The Service is provided "as is." The Administrator makes no warranties regarding the completeness, accuracy, usefulness, or fitness for a particular purpose of the Service. The Administrator shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the Service.
This Service is an unofficial fan site for "Final Fantasy XIV" provided by Square Enix Co., Ltd. The copyrights of game-related images, names, and other content used in this Service belong to Square Enix Co., Ltd.
The Administrator may change these Terms as necessary. The revised Terms shall take effect upon posting on the Service.
